Refund policy

At Kapua Co., each piece is made and curated with love and intention. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding of our small business policies. We kindly ask that you review our policies before purchasing. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and limited releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns at this time. 

EXCEPTIONS- Manufacturing Defects or Errors

We will glady offer an exchange or replacement if: 

-You received the wrong item, or 

-Your garment or product has a manufacturing defect

-You ordered the wrong size and need an exchange (please know we only do small batches at a time, therefore size may not be available asap)

To qualify: 

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unwashed, worn, and in original condition
  • Photo proof is required (for defects or wrong item)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchangs
  • Exchanges are subject to product avaliabity 

If the item is no longer in stock, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Once your order has shipped, Kapua Co. is not responsible for 

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Pre-orders & Limited Drops

All preorders and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
