📦 Orders & Shipping

Processing times vary and will be stated in product descriptions. Once an order has shipped, Kapua is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Exchanges will only be accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Size exchanges requested within 3 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability.
