All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description (such as pre-orders or limited releases).

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Kapua is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kapua is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

🛍️ Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Pre-order and limited release items may require additional processing time. These timelines will be clearly stated on each product page.
